Default Green Farms

Hello everyone.

Due to Increasing amounts of green items in game, their prices keep getting lower and now everyone can have the "bad" ones for sometimes not more than 1 - 5 platinums.

This has been on my mind for a few days after I started going on some farming runs and see that they drop in some amounts every time you go there.
What I would like to prupose is that to make them more rare and lower the drop rate of them in the new Uw atleast and probably Sorrows I havent been to sorrows so much.

But I would love to hear other's thoughts of this matter.

No. For one thing, most aren't even worth a platinum. Seriously, you can get stuff just as nice from a collector much of the time, and put the mods you want on it. So good that they are dropping in cost, they mostly suck anyway.

More rarity would just encourage farming, and hurts the more casual player.

I agree with Epinephrine. The only reason I can think of for people to want their drop rate lowered is so THEY can farm then sell them for 30k.

Get rich the way most of us have to, or get over your digital greed.

Well I wouldn't say I was greedy or else I'd be chest farming, or Green farming every day I go there every once in a while, But I was meaning decreasing the rate down to really rare so, there wouldn't be many greens around in the game, I think it's pretty wierd seeing alot of "low lvl's" carrying a full set of green stuff that they got for free or bought for less than one p

Why? I wouldn't spend 1 plat on more than half of them, anybody else who's aware of the balance in Guild Wars wouldn't either. I'd rather get a collector staff and mod it. The only reason Greens attract any price is simply because they're green and they have a bosses name. They're more novelty items than practical use items. (Of course, a few exceptions are there.)

Lol, You can't give away a Milius's Eye. It's such a piece of crap. Yet you see people trying to get a plaatinum or more for it? Please, spare me. It's not worth 100 gold. The fact that it's green means nothing. I agree with calamitykell - to me a green item is actually worht less - it's non-moddable, and common as dirt.
